Each activity's description clearly lists what gear you need to bring and what's provided.

Don't stress if you're missing something — many hosts offer equipment, some have rentals, and our WhatsApp community has an active gear trading culture!

Plans change — we get it! For free activities, cancel anytime (but giving 24 hours notice is highly appreciated).

Paid activities have their own refund policies, clearly shown before you sign up. By default we have 24hr Cancellation policy for refunds.

For now, no, you don't need any special training to host casual, recreational activities with your friends!

If you're offering professional coaching or training, we recommend adding your qualifications to your profile for credibility.

For activities involving higher risks (like rock climbing or advanced martial arts), we require hosts to have relevant safety certifications.

We will also launch a Host Certification Program that includes basic training in group management, safety protocols, and inclusive leadership.

Being a Certified Host will help to boost your visibility on the platform!

If your activity involves children under 18, you must declare this and may need to provide additional verification.

• Use public spaces: Parks, public courts, and open spaces are great for casual activities and typically don't require booking


• Book privately: You can make arrangements directly with sports facilities and input the location details in your activity. Take a look at our venue directory above to help you find venues for your activities.


• Venue Sharing: Connect with other hosts who might want to split the cost of larger venues for back-to-back activities

When setting your activity price, remember to factor in venue costs if applicable. You can also use our pricing calculator to help determine a fair price that covers your expenses while remaining attractive to participants.

1. First, we'll help you connect your bank account to our Stripe payout system.
2. When people pay, we hold the funds until after your activity, then release them to your account in 2-3 days.
3. You'll receive an email notification for each payout, with a breakdown of the fees.

All hosts have access to detailed financial reports in their dashboard to track earnings and participant numbers over time.

• Just hit Cancel Activity in your Host tools, give a reason (weather/venue issues won't hurt your rating), and we'll notify everyone.
• All participants will be automatically notified via email and app notification
• Paid activities get automatic refunds based on your policy
• Try to cancel 24+ hours ahead when possible – frequent cancellations can affect your visibility in searches

Yes! Regular activities are a great way to build a consistent community. Futpal makes it easy to set up recurring events:

• Just toggle the 'Recurring' option when creating your activity, and set how long it runs.
• Select your recurring pattern: weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly
• Choose an end date or number of occurrences (you can extend later)

You'll build a loyal group, save time with copied settings, and can even offer discounts/promo codes to regulars who commit to multiple sessions!

We take pretty much everything, except cash! All major cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stebby!

What you see is what you pay:

• No hidden fees
• The price listed on an activity is the full price, including our service fee
• Taxes calculated separately and shown before you confirm payment
• If there are optional add-ons (like equipment rental), these will be clearly marked

The price you see is the total price you'll pay. No surprises!

We make refunds simple by using a credits system:

• Full refund guaranteed if you cancel before the Host's cancellation deadline. (usually 24hr+ before activity starts)
• Late cancels: Partial refund may apply
• Futpal or host cancels: Full refund
• Bad weather: Full refund

Refunds are usually processed immediately or within 3-5 business days and will be returned to your Futpal wallet as credits for future activities. You can view your refund status in your notifications.
