Absolutely! Futpal is built for all skill levels. We have a special focus on inclusivity and making sports accessible to all.

Don't be shy - everyone starts somewhere, and our community is known for being super welcoming to first-timers!

Every activity shows clear skill levels — Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, or All Levels.

Check the description for more details, or message the host directly if you're unsure. We make sure everyone finds their perfect match!

Each activity's description clearly lists what gear you need to bring and what's provided.

Don't stress if you're missing something — many hosts offer equipment, some have rentals, and our WhatsApp community has an active gear trading culture!

Plans change — we get it! For free activities, cancel anytime (but giving 24 hours notice is highly appreciated).

Paid activities have their own refund policies, clearly shown before you sign up. By default we have 24hr Cancellation policy for refunds.

Just chat with people at games (the old-fashioned way!), join our WhatsApp group chats, or exchange social media contacts.

You choose the price. Most hosts charge €8–10 per player for regular games and more for special events.

When booking a venue, set the price per player by:

1. Check the venue cost

2. Divide it by the minimum number of players you need.

For most activities, Futpal charges nothing:

1. 🆓 0% service fee for activities under €10/player (Players just pay a small booking fee at checkout)
2. 💸 15% service feefor higher-priced activities — we also handle venue payments for you.
3. ✅ You're free to set your own price for any activity

If you want to receive payouts and handle venue payments yourself, you will need to open a business bank account.See the next FAQ item (#5) on how to get paid.

First, you'll need a business bank account, LHV Entrepreneur account, or be registered as a FIE

1. When people pay, we hold the funds until after your activity, then release them to your account in 2-3 days.
2. You'll receive an email notification for each payout, with a breakdown of the fees.

Hosts receiving payouts will have access to detailed financial reports in their Stripe dashboard to track earnings and participant numbers over time.

Futpal does not do one-time events.

Hosts can only organise weekly recurring activities.

Only Partners are allowed to host special events.

• Use public spaces: Parks, public courts, and open spaces are great for casual activities and typically don't require booking


• Book privately: You can make arrangements directly with sports facilities and input the location details in your activity. Take a look at our venue directory above to help you find venues for your activities.


• Venue Sharing: Connect with other hosts who might want to split the cost of larger venues for back-to-back activities

When setting your activity price, remember to factor in venue costs if applicable. You can also use our pricing calculator to help determine a fair price that covers your expenses while remaining attractive to participants.

Futpal activities must run every week - no exceptions.

• Don't cancel unless you absolutely need to— if you can't attend, assign a co-host from one of your regulars to cover for you.
• Before opening your game to the public community, make sure you have at least 15 committed weekly players. This helps keep games consistent and full.
• Only 1 cancellation allowed every 3 months. More than that, and your game may be removed from the public list.
• Try to cancel 24+ hours ahead when possible – frequent cancellations can affect your visibility in searches

Consistency is key. Cancelled games hurt the whole community.

Buy the equipment you need, and once you've finished your host onboarding and hosted activities for 8 weeks, Futpal will reimburse you up to €150.

We take pretty much everything, except cash! All major cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Stebby!

Save your payment info for faster checkout next time. Everything's securely processed through Stripe, so your financial details stay safe.

What you see is what you pay:

• No hidden fees
• The price listed on an activity is the full price, including our service fee
• Taxes calculated separately and shown before you confirm payment
• If there are optional add-ons (like equipment rental), these will be clearly marked

The price you see is the total price you'll pay. No surprises!

We make refunds simple by using a credits system:

• Full refund guaranteed if you cancel before the Host's cancellation deadline. (usually 24hr+ before activity starts)
• Late cancels: Partial refund may apply
• Futpal or host cancels: Full refund
• Bad weather: Full refund

Refunds are usually processed immediately or within 3-5 business days and will be returned to your Futpal wallet as credits for future activities. You can view your refund status in your notifications.

Yes! Futpal integrates with various corporate wellness programs. Currently, we support:

• Stebby: Direct connection to your account
• Receipt Upload: Download detailed receipts for reimbursement
• Corporate Accounts: If your company has a corporate account with us, you can link your employee email to access special rates and direct billing
